Up for sale is 1 plastic handled fleshing knife. The blade is 12" long with an overall length of 22". Both sides of the fleshing knife can be utilized. The sharpened side has a slight curve to follow the contour of your fleshing beam. The dull flat side is often used for pushing off clumps of fat. This is a solid product at a reasonable price.
Note: The blades are wrapped in stretch wrap for protection and to prevent rust.
