Each seasoning package is perfectly blended for 25 lbs of meat. Just add your favorite domestic or wild game meat for delicious homemade summer sausage. 20" Long x 1 1/2" dia. Each sleeve holds 2 lb of meat. These are our longer 2 lb casings.

Our summer sausage fibrous casings are as fresh as you will find. We reorder every 1 to 2 weeks. You can smell the freshness in every order you receive. To store at home, just place them in a ziplock baggie and they will keep for a year or more in a cool place.

Our fibrous casings are permeable allowing smoke flavor to enter while creating a uniformed flavorful product. Simply hydrate casings in warm water for 30 minutes before stuffing. Pre-tied on one end and open on the other. String tie or tape the loose end when full. Fully edible casing. Slice and go.
