Vintage *Rare* 1960s "Butterfly Maiden" Kachina Doll Applique - Machine Embroidered - for Art, Decor and/or Fashion

This is a large version of much smaller kachina figures that we appliqued on sweaters in my parents' store "The Monogram Shop" on 5th Ave in Scottsdale, Arizona during the 1960s-70s. They were made by Cactus Wren Embroidery (not Native.)

Size: 15 inches tall x 7.5 inches wide

I think this model is a type of Butterfly Maiden. It can be applied to jackets, denim shirts, cloth to make a picture or wall hanging, or other decor items.

Condition: Very good, unused; it has been carefully stored since the 1960s-70s, no tears, stains or odors.
