Description:

- Ficus pumila var. 'Quercifolia' / Miniature Oakleaf Fig / String of Frogs
- FRESH PLANT CUTTING AS IN PHOTO

(PLANT & CARE)
- Easy to care for
- Keep the plant under proper lighting during the day
- Keep your terrarium/vivarium at a high humidity to ensure the best growth
- All plants come packaged in a sealed plastic bag in moist Sphagnum Moss
- When planting the stem cutting, just place the stem of the plant into some moist substrate

(MY PROPAGATION METHOD)
- I keep the plant in a humid environment & then planting the stem into some moist soil or substrate (I use ABG; linked below). Then place some dampened sphagnum moss around the base of the stem(this helps hold in moisture). I have found that this method is very effective for me when propagating.

(PLANT INFO)
- Native to East Asia's (China, Japan, Vietnam) humid & tropical forests, the Ficus pumila var. 'quercifolia' (AKA Miniature Oakleaf Fig) is an exotic plant species in the family Moraceae. It has a spreading growth, with fast-growing vines climbing or cascading in all directions. It is an elegant & beautiful easy to grow plant for beginners or longtime vivarium, terrarium & houseplant hobbyists.

The plants stem will root & grow straight from your vivarium's, terrarium's or pots substrate. It does very well with poison dart frogs or any of your vivarium or terrarium critters; in a very still and moist environment. It climbs or trails & will really cover the substrate in an area of the terrarium as it matures. It truly is an eye catcher, having small unique leaves resembling those of an oak tree. Such an extravagant plant that would be a great addition to any collection.

The plant in the pictures are not WYSEWYG, photos were made
under different lighting (blue or white lights) & in different tanks
(our show of frag tanks). You will get coral size as described,
shape and color could be slightly off due to shipping stress.
