FAQ:
- Clogging: Clogging can occur due to an uneven wire diameter or a temperature that is too low. To reduce the likelihood of clogging, clean the nozzle prior to use and increase the temperature.
- Stringing: Wire stringing can occur if the temperature is excessively high, the PLA flow is too rapid, or the feed parameters are incorrectly set. Adjusting the temperature and speed settings appropriately can resolve these issues.
- Over Extrusion: Excessive extrusion at the nozzle outlet, resulting in residual material, can be caused by a temperature that is too high, a speed that is too slow, or a mismatch in the nozzle diameter.
