Cover looks good, light scuffing, some creasing, surface impressions and a few discoloration spots (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (plastic). Spine is easy-to-read with mild wear. Little shelf-wear along the two side edges and corners. Top-loading opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. Name and date written on both sides of label. (Not a cut-out.)
