Product Description:
Bonjela is a pain-relieving gel which also reduces inflammation and helps fight infection in teething, mouth ulcers, denture sore spots and cold sores. Bonjela Gel is clinically shown to aid the healing and relieve the pain of mouth ulcers caused by braces and dentures.
Direction for Use:
- For topical oral use. Check that the cap seal is unbroken before using this product.
- Not suitable for babies under 4 months.
- For Children from 4 months and above:
Using a clean finger, massage approximately half cm of bonjela onto the sore area.
- For adults:
Using a clean finger, massage approximately 1 cm onto the sore area.
- This can be repeated after 3 hours.
- No more than 6 doses in 24 hours.
Ingredients:
- Choline salicylate 8.714% w/w
- Cetalkonium Chloride 0.010% w/w
Cautions:
- For topical oral use. Check that the cap seal is unbroken before first using this product.
- Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to salicylates or any other ingredients. Reactions such as asthma attacks may occasionally occur in people sensitive to salicylates.
- Do not use this product if you are taking medicine for blood clots or gout or if you have a stomach ulcer.
- If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or you have a stomach disorder, consult your pharmacist, doctor or dentist.
- Preparations containing aspirin should not be given to children under 16 during bonjela treatment.
