To answer some commonly asked questions:
Everything we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorized reseller.
Everything in the photos will be included in your order. We also specify above in the first line of the description exactly what is included. Consequently, if the description or photos don’t show or mention a box, case, or additional packaging then they will not be included.
However, we occasionally do have extra cases so please inquire if you need an option that’s not included in your item’s listing. We’d be happy to provide one for an extra charge.
Domestic and General Shipping:
We ship every day of the week besides Sunday and USPS postal holidays.
We are always willing to combine shipping on multiple items. Additionally, if you check out with multiple frames or sunglasses in the same shopping cart then you’ll automatically receive a combined shipping rate and an automatic discount will be applied to your order.
The default shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage with an average transit time of 2-5 business days. If you’d like expedited shipping, you can choose either USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express Mail, or UPS Next Day Air.
We cannot change the mailing address once an order is shipped. We would change it if we could but there currently isn’t a system in place within USPS which allows it.
Every order is wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in the strongest mailing box that money can buy.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally using the International Shipping (eIS) program. International purchases are first shipped to a hub in the United States with one tracking number, processed through Customs, and then shipped to your country. You will receive a second tracking number once your purchase leaves Customs and is shipped to your country.
If you need expedited international shipping please reach out to us directly. We can usually make something work for a significant additional charge.
If your country is not supported through the eIS system we will do our best to organize a successful shipment but can’t guarantee it.
All taxes, duties, and VAT fees are unfortunately outside of our control and we cannot mark the package as a gift.
Returns:
We accept returns for any reason. If you’re returning the frames for any reason other than a poor fit or appearance that doesn’t suit you please reach out so that we can try to fix the issue. We are available almost every hour of the day.
Please return the frames in the same condition you received them inside of the same packaging they were mailed. That ensures that they’ll arrive back to us safe and sound and we can issue your refund as soon as possible.
Refunds are issued both morning and mid-afternoon depending on the day and time at which your return is received.
Regarding large orders, if you are a business looking for a wholesale order please send an inquiry before offering.
