Vintage rare 1903 Series George Washington two cent red stamp.  The stamp was mailed on postcard from Philadelphia,  PA to Ambler, PA and is dated 1906. I am not a stamp dealer or collector. Please see pictures and feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
