All items/returns that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of sale .
If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a 10% restocking fee on the sales price or $3.50, (whichever value is greater).
