This is a "Bug Eye Spy" from the Disney/Pixar Clip-Tock Watch Collection, which was inspired by the Pixar film "a bug's life".  The face of this item, resembling a magnifying glass, includes a device to display time and date. 


The item was a give-away at McDonald's restaurants.  It is new in the original box and was made in China in 1998.

Recommended for children 3 and over.  The Bug Eye Spy has a short metal chain with a closable hook for attaching it to an item such as a knapsack, bookbag or purse.  Instructions are included for displaying and setting time and date.  The item has not been used and time has not been set.

The Bug Eye Spy is packaged in a paperboard box measuring 5.75" x 2.75" x 1" and weighing 2.6 ounces.
