"The Sunshine Of The Night" Coleman Double Mantle Gas Lantern.

Includes the original box and a package of vintage replacement Silk Lite mantles.

Model Number: 220F (220F195)

Manufactured In Wichita, Kansas USA ~ June 1965

Fully tested and this gas lantern fired up fairly easy without any issues.

This Coleman lantern uses Coleman white gas (Coleman Cooking Fuel).

I'm selling this stove for a relative of mine. He told me that he purchased this lantern used in the 1970's. He also mentioned that he only used this lantern a few times. The name of the hardware store where it was purchased from new is stamped on the box. The box is missing one flap.

In my opinion, this vintage Coleman lantern still presents very well for being almost 60 years old. There is some stains and paint loss on the font.

Disclaimer: This lantern has a 3 piece fuel filler cap and will need to be replaced with a one piece cap if it going to be used. Coleman discontinued this type of fuel filler cap due to known issues of it leaking and possibly causing a fire. The cap seal does leak on this lantern.

Please watch the video and examine all of the photos in my listing to fully appreciate the Coleman lantern that I'm offering for sale. They can tell you much more than any written description.
