This is a comic of Tom and Jerry #312 published by Gold Key Comics in Nov., 1978.  The grade is probably at least a Good but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  There is a small piece missing from the bottom right of the front cover (see scans).  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
