This is a really nice wood barn pulley.  Looks to still be in great usable shape.  The patina still shows a bit of the orange coloring on the outside of the pulley on the one side, and a fair amount of green on the metal pieces, with exception to the hook.  The both sides of the pulley are marked with a metal button showing US, and the one side has a 4-RB impressed in the wood.  Really neat, and would really be neat hanging in a rustic environment.
