These are cute little cone angels, and a bit from the past.  Not exactly sure what timeframe, maker or origin, but most likely were table ornaments as the cones on the larger ones are much smaller around.  I also am not sure if they started as kits, were hand made or sold as is.  Would be a neat addition to a older style Christmas decor.
