Pre-owned and used. Shows some visible wear from usage such as signs of stress in the fold marks / intentional creases, minor surface and edge and corner wear. 

There is no year listed. I tried to research looking up musicals that are advertised in this but it didn't really give me anything other than it was made after the 9/11 Memorial opened.
