Pre-owned and used. Staples are intact but there is some damage to spine edge of covers front and back.  There are pages that have portions underlined and or markings on pages. Shows visible wear.  See photos for assessment. Also note, this is from an estate. Sometimes there are scents that sensitive people can smell that I can't. I don't know the original environment that the item was homed in, so please take that into consideration if allergies / sensitivities are an issue.
