AE3 nummus 2.46gm 16mm. Antioch Mint, Struck September 337 - late 347 AD.
Obverse: CONSTANTIVS AVG ~ Translation: Constantius Augustus (Constans Augustus), Constantius II pearl diademed head right.
Reverse: GLORIA EXERCITVS ~ Glory of the Army in Latin. Two soldiers helmeted, each holding spear and shield, one military standard between-- standard with three badges and surmounted by a banner with a dot • and dots to either side of the banner; Antioch mintmark SMANA (Sacra Moneta ANtioch Officina A [First]) in exergue.
