Cool tuck-away ear covers with neck screed with elastic at the back. The cap headband does not stretch, fitted. Tag is listed as L (7 1/4 to 7 3/8) 

Double snaps on the brim. Wool outer material, polyester lining.  The inner liner has a little yellowing on it.   See photos.
