Shelley Yellow Rose Vintage Rare Pattern Cup and Saucer. Excellent no damage great piece to add to your Shelley collection. I have searched many different avenues and can not find this pattern or back number anywhere.  I know the mark is from the 40s to the 60s. If anyone has any information, feel free to share.  Display rack not included.
