Cascara is a shrub or small tree found almost all over the world. It is mainly used as a laxative for acute or chronic constipation.
The action of Cascara occurs 8-10 hours after taking the capsules, so it is recommended to take it immediately before bedtime. It stimulates peristalsis and contractions of the large intestine, responsible for moving food through the digestive system, while strengthening the muscles of the gastrointestinal tract. It promotes normal bowel movements and contributes to the removal of intestinal toxins and putrefactive mass from the rectum. Unlike other laxatives, the herb is considered a relatively safe ingredient against constipation, because it is not habit-forming. It also promotes bowel cleansing even in cases of inflammation of the mucous membrane, helping to improve its condition. Very suitable for people with the above-mentioned problem or those who lead a sedentary lifestyle and suffer the consequences of it.
It is recommended not to take it together, before or after medications with the same purpose.
Composition of 2 capsules

cascara – 540 mg
Vitamin B6 - 400 mcg
Ingredients: cascara (Rhamnus purshiana, bark, powder), Gelatin (capsule), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl).
Recommended intake: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with water.

Food supplement with Plant Extract and Vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal course of metabolism and energy production.
The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
