CONDITION: Good, pre-owned condition for it's age. Extremely rare book. This book has all over dark spots on the page edges and inside the front and back covers. There are also dark spots on many of the pages, mostly close to the edge. The binding is sound and intact. There is a bookstore stamp inside the back cover and a small word written in pencil inside the front cover. The cover has some darkening and very light wear. The book has a 1" tear at the center of the inside of the front cover where the pages join. No funky odors. You are looking at actual photos of the book you will be receiving.
