This is vintage, original Corning Ware detachable twist, lock-on black handle for pots, casseroles, skillets and sauce pans. Marked Corning Ware on the underside with the patent information. The black portion of the handle measures 4-1/2" with the entire length from metal stainless pointed ends to the loop measuring 7-1/2". Hooks on the side of casserole or pot and locks in place with a twist of the end of the handle
