An amazing menu in the shape of a Chef's Coat, with 10 real buttons sewn on to the front of the menu. From the Restaurant Patrick Jeffroy in L' Hotel de Carantec in Carantec France. With a signed inscription with a drawing by the Chef Patrick Jeffroy. The menu has 6 panels with single page menus inserted into the 3 inner panels. A 2 Michelin Star rated restaurant. The menu measures about 9 1/4" x 12 7/8" when closed.
