Item description for Sylvania FS-2 FS-4 Fluorescent Automatic Starters 14w 15w 20w GE New NOS Error?

New in package. Never opened. Any questions feel free to ask.

I think this is an error package though. The package says FS-2 for lamps 14 15 20W, but the starters themselves say 30W and 40W on them. So I believe they are actually an FS-4 30/40W in the wrong packaging.
