Omas Koch & Back Bibliothek, 10 paperback books all different, translated it means library, so I am assuming that these are cooking words explained, just know my German is very poor.
Look at the pictures, these books were stored for years and show the results, some are crooked, but I think they would straighten out, I see no writing, couple of small dings on edges.
