The arms have a cute slit on each shoulder.  The piping at the top and on arms is not elasticized, or if it was, it isn't stretchy now.  If you want to add elastic you could do it from the inside.  The back has a metal zipper with hook and eye at the top and at the waist.

There are a couple of tiny marks on the white fabric - please see last two photos.

Great for square dancing, costume or regular wear.
