A long, long time ago, in what seems another lifetime, far far away, I was a member of Fandom. Yes, I was a Fan Girl. Back in the 1980s and 90s, being a member of this clandestine group was not as cool as it is now. This secret society, just below the underbelly of normalcy, attracted many different life forms. Amid these, were those known as collectors. While some would point and decry them as "Hoarders!", I would quietly take my stash home and squirrel it away with my other treasures.
But now, some 30 years later (gasp!), I am now resigned to the fact that I must sell my baubles to give someone else the chance to enjoy them -- and to declutter my house, as I have to generate some extra income to keep my home. But, fear not, I'm not selling the really good stuff until I get desparate! Baby Steps! Ha!
Featured in this sale is one of the many promotional movie buttons I either got for free at conventions or items I actually purchased. Here are the specifics for this pin: The button measures approximately by 2 by 3 inches.
The photos were taken with regular white neon lighting, in an effort to capture the real colors on the buttons. I tried to get as close to the images on the buttons as possible, to give the buyer a real idea of what the button is. These photos are of the actual buttons, taken only hours before the first listing of these items.
The pin will pierce most fabrics but will require a needle for thicker materials such as leather. The pins are ideal on jacket lapels, vests or guitar straps. Please check out my other items for more collectible buttons! Most of these are onesies, so once they're gone, they're gone, as they are no longer in production.
