Bag and header are sealed.  Staples looks good like it was not re-attached.  NOt sure where this was mis-bagged.  Sticker on cat reads TKR Japan.  Patent leather whiskers, one side of glue has failed as shown. Mint-NM in bag.  Measures approx. 5 3/4".  Please see pictures for condition.
