Used but in good condition. This came from a school and was a part of a rack system that I am parting out.  I don't have the cables and components needed to thoroughly test this. It does power on with a power adapter that we use for testing, and we have a 30-day unconditional return policy.  This does not come with a power adapter.  It needs a 14-18V 3.0A power adapter.

It shows that it has firmware version 2.6.23.
