This is a vintage 1965 Fisher Price Little Snoopy pull toy.  It does have bent wobbly wheels.  The tail and ears are in good moving condition.  It does have scuffs on the edges as shown.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
