Topcon UV Topcor 200mm F4 Lens Telephoto prime - problem with Focus Ring

SN 1268698. Lens comes without any caps as pictured. But it has built in lens hood. 




Lens has been used, but it is in excellent condition. It shows light if any wear on exterior. Filter rim looks good and it accepts filters. Front Glass has couple tiny scratches. Glass is very clean and clear. I don't see any fungus or haze inside. Lens looks very nice over all. 

But lens has problem with focus. Focusing ring is loose, and it turns freely. So lens needs repair. Other then focus ring, lens looks and works good. Aperture blades open and close properly.
