Nice used condition, only light wear to corners. 2 Christmas stickers on inside front cover covering up a name stamp.  Please see photos. Some beginning pages are uneven, kind of uneven, but no stains, pages are smooth and clean.  I see NO writing throughout.  Book is solid.  Over 280 recipes.
