I attended the Windup Watch fair in NYC, met Richard directly, & received a code to purchase online. I purchased 2 of these watches, one for me, & the 2nd as a gift. Unfortunately, my plans for giving the gift changed. They shipped both watches in just 1 of the brown "pizza boxes". I'd prefer to keep it, but if you're really counting on it, I'd include it. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask.

Returns & Warranty: Due to the nature of this item i can NOT accept returns for any reason. If there is any issue with the watch, warranty requests must go directly through the manufacturer. I can help you with that by providing any information regarding the original purchase that you may need.

Fraud protection: I will make a continuous video of me packing this watch, and attaching the label to it. The package will be insured, and your signature will be required for delivery.
