TERLOMEXIN 200 mg - 3 vaginal capsules
ยท Genital candidiasis (vulvovaginitis, cervicitis) superinfected or not by Gram+ bacteria.
One 200 mg capsule, at bedtime, for 3 days. The capsules should be inserted deep into the vagina, preferably in a lying position.
In the event of recurrent mycosis, a second course of 3 capsules may be prescribed either immediately after the first course or after a one-week free interval.
Treatment of the partner (foreskin and glans) will be discussed according to each case.
Practical advice:
toilet with a neutral or alkaline pH soap
treatment will be accompanied by hygiene advice (wearing cotton underwear, avoiding vaginal douches ) and, as far as possible, the elimination of contributing factors
