In 2019, there was a chance to win a T-shirt signed by Mr. Kojima on Twitter (contest now closed) using this sticker. To enter, you had to upload a photo of your message with your username attached (post-it is fine) and use the hashtags  店頭コメントキャンペーン DEATHSTRANDING.

Lastly, there were Death Stranding message board standees in stores all across Japan where you can paste up your message in public if you wish!

The stickers have a glossy finish. I would recommend using a permanent marker such as a Sharpie to write.
