Total 16 cards - of those 7 have something special about them e.g. pop-up beak, reindeer has plastic coating, apple opens up with flap ( bottom of boy), jack-in-the-box pop up and elephant eye hole with bead eye inside. Santa card "Cheerio" red has a white feather on beard.
