Vintage Blue Ceramic Coffee Pot

My mom had this when I was a kid. There was a whole set of coffee cups, a teapot, teacups, etc. This is all that is left of the set!

I vaguely remember it being Avon or perhaps Princess House?

I believe it is made of porcelain

The finish is in beautiful condition. It has a couple tiny chips and some discoloration on the spout, shown in photos.
