The Official Crisis on Infinite Earths Index #1, signed by hand by George Perez. It is part of CGC's special Signature Series and authenticated with a grade of 9.8.  While Perez had a distinguished career with many highlights - from his revamp of Wonder Woman to teaming Marvel and DC's preeminent super teams (The Avengers and the JLA) - Crisis on Infinite Earths is perhaps his most significant contribution to the comics industry.  

Of note, per the CGC census, this is the only 9.8 Signature Series copy of this book, with none grading higher.  It will be shipped with the utmost care.
