Either feather tree, crafting, ornaments, garland or package ties.  36 in 4 package so 144 -1", 15 in 2 package 30 Total-1.75", 4 in one package of -5.5".  One package of the 1" does some remnants so a couple must be broken inside.   Please see pictures for condition.
