This is a vintage Napco Japan Ceramic Christmas Poinsettia Reindeer Deer bell (X-9213).  The bell is super cute with a reindeer deer sitting on the top - lots of great paint detail.  The original red and gold foil Napco Japan label is attached to the inside of the bell and marked X-9231.  The bell measures approximately 4 1/4" tall and 2 1/4" wide (at the bottom).  Super clean cute Napco Japan ceramic Christmas Poinsettia reindeer deer bell that displays absolutely great when sitting on a shelf!
