Pre-owned. I don't know if these were ever used or not.. The dimensions inside the album is approx 4"x4".. however it may only hold 4"x3" photos. See photos for assessment. 10 photos will fit in each album. 

I couldn't find any like this when researching...so I don't know if these are considered rare or not.
