Vintage 1970s Mod Outfit... Yellow Polka Dot Crop Top and Bell Bottom Pants.. A very cool piece!!! The waist of the pants are a little gappy or loose..but still stay on fine.

I did not see any labels of identification on this. It may be handmade...I am not sure.
