Warm Tips for Hijoy Beginners:
Q-1: Lag Time During Photo Output
A-1. Lag time is normal during photo output. Please ensure the product has sufficient power, or restart the device,or reassemble the flexible conduit if lag persists.
Q-2: Product Crashes or Doesn't Output a Picture
A-2. If the product crashes, fails to output a picture, or the screen turns black, please press the reset button on the right side of the device to restart it.
Q-3: Imaging Screen Is Not Clear
A-3. The optimal imaging focal length of the product is 2cm-10cm.Please adjust the distance to the object, or clean the front of the camera with a clean alcohol cloth.
Q-4: Product Charging:
A-4. Use a 5V/1A(5V/2A) charger to charge the device. Note that the product does not support fast charging.
Q-5: The Camera Is Hot
A-5. It's normal for the camera to heat up, especially when the LED light is at its highest brightness. However, this does not affect normal use or the device's service life.
Q-6: Micro SD Card Recognition Issue
A-6. Please verify if the Micro SD card is formatted as FAT32. If not, format it accordingly and plug and unplug the card again.
Return Policy
• We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
