Cute Knit Winter Hat Slouch Hipster 

Unstretched is 20" in circumference. Stretches to about 25".
11" high, but stretches to about 15" high.

Made from soft acrylic yarn.

Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, roll in towel and lay flat and reshape to dry. Could machine wash cold.
