The inside of the bag is a little distressed. It is not stained but I noticed the black linings are rubbed off a little. It looks like it is not clean but it is actually clean. I used it to load up some merchandise at the tradeshows a few years back. I stored it away in a box and put it away in the garage. It smells a little like plastic. I will let it air out now that I am listing it online. 

Everything else works fine. The zipper, the wheels are all okay.
