This seat will only fit 1982 CM450A Hondamatic, CM450C, CM450E.  

Seat cover has wear & should be replaced, but could be used as it is, it is just ugly. The seat pan does have rust eating through & would need repair if you wanted to properly install a new seat cover. There is a metal part, maybe a helmet hook that is bent.
