Dual-Channel Slotted Optical Switch

The OPB826S is a dual-channel slotted optical switch manufactured by TT Electronics/Optek Technology.
It consists of two infrared emitting diodes and two NPN silicon phototransistors mounted on opposite sides of
a 0.100" (2.54 mm) wide slot. 2  This configuration allows for precise detection of objects passing through the slot.
