This is an outstanding piece of Mexican folk art imported from the Huichol tribe of Nayarit, Mexico. It is a life-sized human skull mold that has been covered in bees wax and intricately beaded with symbols held sacred to the Huichol cosmology. This particular skull features images of peyote, deer, a snake, sacred arrows and more.
