Vintage Silk Sequined Beaded Top w/ Shoulder Pads - it's a size Medium and in good used condition (one shoulder pad is coming loose). This is a beautiful piece, the sequins and beading are so detailed, it's quite beautiful. No brand name but definitely vintage.
